About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Level 3 Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as the final escalation point for resolving complex technical issues across enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security. You will also participate in key infrastructure and integration projects to maintain operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the final escalation point for technical issues escalated from Level 1 and 2 support teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems involving software, hardware, and networking components.
  • Maintain and support core enterprise environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migrations.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for IT systems, processes, and support guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT support.
  • At least 2 years in a Level 3 support role.
  • Strong expertise in Windows operating systems (client and server editions).
  • Solid understanding of network security, including firewalls and VPNs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency in database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Cloud platform certifications are a plus.
  • Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash, or Python is a bonus.
