Hopkins Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH is looking for a Rechtsanwalt für Mietrecht to help establish a new era of legal enforcement. In this role, you will contribute directly to our mission of digitalizing and automating legal processes while managing client relationships and cases in tenancy law.
What You'll Do
- Establish a new era of legal enforcement by helping to digitalize and automate legal processes.
- Manage client relationships and conduct legal consultation and representation in tenancy law cases.
- Lead negotiations with opposing parties and opposing lawyers.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Independently handle cases and represent clients both out-of-court and in court.
- Work closely with various internal teams.
- Contribute experiences and feedback into the product development process, working directly with product managers and management to improve automation.
What We're Looking For
- A fully qualified lawyer admitted in Germany.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience, ideally in tenancy law.
- A pragmatic and solution-oriented working style.
- Desire and energy to work in a dynamic environment on the future of the legal market.
- A careful and conscientious approach, with strong prioritization skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for your own work.
- Strength in communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in tenancy law.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of over 100 members distributed across Germany, working mostly remote with close collaboration with product managers and management.
