U-Haul is looking for a Meta Representative - Platform Operations to play a crucial role in maintaining and providing large-scale Business Managers and account structures for an agency portfolio. You will be responsible for monitoring the health of the portfolio and working to prevent or resolve operational disruptions.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and provide large-scale Business Managers and account structures for an agency portfolio.
- Assist with asset verification and management.
- Assist with funding solutions and credit requirements.
- Coordinate with internal resources to manage escalations quickly and professionally.
- Monitor portfolio health and prevent or resolve disruptions with clear SLAs and documentation.

- Currently working in an active position at Meta.
- Experience handling large-scale client portfolios and spending.
- Understanding of policy compliance and account structuring.
