Blue Ocean Media | Digitale Leute is seeking a Senior Sales Expert (f/m/x) to strengthen our position in Poland and across Europe within the renewable and grid-scale storage sector. You will manage the full B2B sales cycle, build key relationships, and work as part of a dedicated growth team.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with renewable and grid-scale storage developers in your region.
- Take full ownership of the entire B2B sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
- Manage your sales pipeline and opportunities to successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide value at every stage of a client’s project.
- Articulate our vision and value proposition at every touchpoint, including calls, events, and initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets by winning and retaining satisfied customers.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Solid understanding of the power industry and the critical role of flexibility in the energy transition.
- Proven competence in complex, solution-oriented sales methodologies.
- Enthusiasm for articulating both technical and business value to prospects.
- Enjoyment in developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan.
- Eagerness to leverage marketing automation strategies to generate and nurture leads.
- Perfect oral and written communication skills in Polish and English.
- A willingness to travel and drive the sales cycle forward during business trips.
- A strong value placed on excellent team spirit and creative freedom.
