eCommer is looking for a Google Ads Manager to take full ownership of campaign management and optimization for a portfolio of e-commerce and other client accounts. You will join a small, focused team where you’ll work closely with the founder and independently drive performance.
What You'll Do
- Independently manage and optimize Google Ads accounts, including Search, PMax, and potentially Shopping or Lead Generation campaigns.
- Analyze performance data, derive strategic actions, and implement operational optimizations.
- Maintain regular strategic and operational communication with clients.
- Control budgets and monitor performance against goals such as ROAS, CPL, and Cost per Sale.
- Co-design and further develop internal processes, templates, and workflows.
- Support conversion optimization by analyzing user behavior.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on, operational experience with Google Ads, including your own implementation work.
- Very good knowledge of Search and PMax campaigns, ideally for e-commerce or lead generation.
- A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to maintain an overview across multiple accounts.
- Clear, reliable, and professional communication skills in German.
