Blue Ocean Media | Digitale Leute is hiring a Senior Business Process Analyst to support internal and external customer projects. In this role, you will focus on capturing requirements, analyzing and optimizing business processes, particularly in finance, and modeling them using BPMN. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and developers.
What You'll Do
- Capture and describe customer requirements.
- Assist in the analysis of business processes, including in the finance area.
- Optimize processes in close coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
- Model business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
- Create SOP documents.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement potential.
- Collaborate with specialist departments and developers in implementing process optimizations.
- Document requirements and processes in textual form.
- Participate in the design and improvement of processes and tools in the business analysis area.
What We're Looking For
- Permanent residence in Germany.
- German language skills at C1/C2 level (negotiation proficient).
- English fluent in spoken and written (B2 level).
- Experience in capturing and analyzing operational processes.
- Background in business administration and/or IT.
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence.
- Experience with the BPM-S ADONIS from BoC Group or similar tools like Signavio or Camunda Platform.
- Expert knowledge in BPMN 2 (ISO/IEC 19510:2013), demonstrable in projects.
- Structured and independent work combined with good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex relationships understandably.
- Willingness to work in a remote team.
- Willingness to travel in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
