Join Digital Career Institute GmbH as a Trainee Customer Success Manager (m/w/d), where you will be the primary face to our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our software. Your focus will be on relationship management, strategic advising, and driving customer satisfaction and success from day one.
What You'll Do
- Accompany new customers after technical setup to ensure they actively and successfully use the software.
- Act as the first point of contact for your customer portfolio, proactively maintaining contact and building long-term, trusting relationships.
- Conduct regular review calls, analyze software usage, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize customer success.
- Ensure customers are optimally supported by answering questions, identifying challenges, and finding the best solutions with the tech team.
- Collect valuable feedback and work closely with the product team to improve the software.
- Monitor key customer metrics (e.g., activity level, NPS, ROI) and proactively initiate measures as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in business administration, economics, communication, or similar, OR comparable training with relevant professional experience.
- Passion for customer success and helping customers achieve their goals.
- Tech affinity and initial CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive).
- A self-driven and responsible approach, working in a structured and independent manner without needing micromanagement.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex topics simply, clearly, and empathetically.
- Process-oriented thinking with an eye for optimization potential.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to take responsibility, and a desire to grow professionally and personally.
- Native-level German language skills and good English.
