Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from initial filing through final resolution, including preparing for trial and representing clients in court.
- Prepare, analyze, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and official correspondence with precise and accurate English.
- Perform comprehensive legal research and offer actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with team members and outside partners to coordinate case strategies and ensure efficient case progression.
- Stay current with applicable laws, regulatory changes, and judicial rulings relevant to ongoing and future cases.
