Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring a Legal Professional (Litigation Specialist) to manage complex legal disputes, draft precise documents, and represent clients professionally. You will handle litigation cases from start to finish, providing strategic advice and ensuring effective resolution.
What You'll Do
- Handle litigation cases from initiation to resolution, including trial preparation and courtroom representation.
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence with flawless English.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure effective case management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
What We're Looking For
- Law degree and admission to the bar.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in litigation practice.
- Exceptional written and spoken English; ability to draft persuasive arguments and communicate clearly.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
