Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from start to conclusion, including preparing for trial and representing in court.
- Prepare, examine, and revise legal filings, contracts, pleadings, and communications using precise English.
- Perform in-depth legal research and deliver strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Work jointly with team members and outside parties to support efficient case handling.
- Stay current with applicable laws, regulatory updates, and judicial rulings.
