Nordex SE is hiring a Legal Counsel

Nordex SE is looking for a Legal Counsel to support the legal structuring and implementation of complex onshore wind energy projects across Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe. You will work closely with technical and commercial units throughout the entire project lifecycle to create legally sound solutions for renewable energy.

What You'll Do

• Design and negotiate complex contracts for onshore wind energy projects in Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe.
• Advise internal specialist departments on legal issues throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Support corporate law matters and handle corporate housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany legal disputes, particularly in the area of warranty claims.
• Conduct internal training on relevant legal topics.
• Assess legal risks and develop practical solutions for project and business areas.

What We're Looking For

• A fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist:in) with an above-average degree or comparable qualification in the EEA.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Negotiation-proficient English and interest in international project structures.
• Understanding of technical and economic contexts in onshore wind energy.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility, team spirit, and intercultural competence.
• Ability to prepare complex legal matters understandably and convey them in a practical manner.
