Zoom is seeking a Leader, GTM Enablement Delivery to lead programs that accelerate revenue team performance across global markets. In this role, you will partner with sales, product, and marketing leaders to design and deliver scalable training that drives measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Enablement Managers to deliver high-impact training programs across sales, partner, and technical roles globally.
- Partner with regional and functional GTM leaders to align enablement priorities with business goals and performance metrics.
- Design and activate scalable enablement programs that translate strategic initiatives into measurable productivity gains.
- Oversee quarterly launches, planning cycles, and enablement reviews while tracking adoption and business impact through data-driven KPIs.
- Drive enablement execution at major events including Sales Kick-Off, training summits, and weekly learning sessions.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in Sales or GTM Enablement leadership within SaaS, UCaaS, or related technology organizations.
- 5+ years leading global or regional enablement teams with proven success in driving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience designing and delivering enablement programs that have demonstrably improved sales performance and revenue metrics.
- Experience managing large-scale enablement events such as Sales Kick-Off or global training summits.
- Ability to apply sales methodologies (Value Selling, MEDDIC) and CRM processes to enablement program design.
- Effective communication across multiple time zones and cultures with strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency with enablement and sales tools such as Seismic, Asana, Zoom, or LMS platforms.
- Willingness to travel globally up to 30% to support regional teams and events.
