Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is looking for a Customer Development Executive to cover the South London and Mid Kent region. In this role, you will drive incremental net distribution for our iconic brands by retaining current business and unlocking new opportunities in pubs and bars. You'll be the face of our brands, activating key campaigns and building influential customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Prioritise calls to strategically important accounts to maximise your impact.
- Sell our brand propositions to outlet decision-makers with passion, ensuring alignment with outlet type and brand positioning.
- Identify appropriate outlets for marketing activity and deliver brilliant execution of promotional campaigns.
- Activate key brand platforms, campaigns, and events across relevant outlets in your patch.
- Work closely with national and indirect teams to deliver tactical activity in current accounts and execute new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a high profile within your geography by building a strong network of customers and contacts.
- Lead conversations with customers to ensure every consumer has an exceptional experience.
What We're Looking For
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- An appetite to learn and grow.
- Experience of delivering against targets.
- Brand selling experience.
- Commercial acumen and negotiating skills.
Nice to Have
- At least 3 months of professional driving experience.
- Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram and understanding of how they can help customers and your personal brand.
- Experience in pubs and beer is not essential but a passion for brands and storytelling is needed.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Customer Development Director.

- Compensation: £28,000 - £33,000 base salary depending on experience.
