Cognizant is hiring a Practice Lead for the ServiceNow Platform. In this role, you will act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert, guiding our pre-sales process by analyzing customer demand, leading scope discussions, and demonstrating business value. You will be the technical and practical authority on ServiceNow Employee Experience, leading the realization of client business outcomes through product implementation.
What You'll Do
- Act as a guide for the ServiceNow Employee Experience practice, providing process leadership and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze client business and technical challenges, including industry regulations, drivers, and security needs, addressed by ServiceNow.
- Conduct standard and tailored product demonstrations for prospects and existing customers, both onsite and virtually.
- Prepare work estimates, proposals, and statements of work in response to RFI/RFP documents.
- Support marketing activities such as user conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
- Create guiding content showcasing Cognizant's expertise and differentiators in ServiceNow Platform products (App Engine, Integrations, Workflow Studio, Now Assist).
- Maintain current competitive analysis and understand differentiators between Cognizant and its competitors.
- Conduct transition briefings with Sales and Professional Services to communicate commitments and expectations before deployment.
- Lead successful project delivery in terms of scope, results, client satisfaction, and achieving required business outcomes.
- Create and maintain sales and implementation templates and collateral, including estimate templates, success stories, and workshop decks.
- Drive continuous improvements to our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
- ServiceNow Presales Certification.
- ITIL Foundations certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for any workflow.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- 2+ years of experience working with Creator Workflows.
Nice to Have
- Scrum Master Certification.
- Experience assisting with offering conceptualization, growth, and iteration.
- Participation in practice-aligned marketing activities like writing blogs, hosting webinars, and speaking at events.
