The Administrative Specialist 2 plays a key role in maintaining the operational effectiveness of the Information Technology Division. This position is responsible for organizing and maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting project workflows across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative aspects of IT projects, including scheduling, documentation, and status tracking
- Prepare and process forms, correspondence, and technical documents in compliance with state and agency guidelines
- Support team members by managing calendars, meetings, and communication logs
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement requests, and vendor documentation
Qualifications
