Role Overview
As an Implementation Specialist II, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding process for Catholic and faith-based nonprofit clients adopting digital giving platforms. Your focus will be on delivering accurate, timely, and user-friendly implementation experiences that support long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide nonprofit clients through the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring smooth adoption of digital giving tools
