Join a growing high-tech team as Sales Manager focused on the Nordic and Baltic markets. In this role, you’ll take ownership of expanding our regional footprint by developing new customer relationships and deepening connections with existing clients across Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the Baltic region.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in technical markets including medical devices, laser systems, semiconductor, and industrial vision
- Maintain and strengthen partnerships with key clients and local sales representatives
- Collaborate with marketing on trade shows and regional campaigns to boost visibility
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development teams
What We’re Looking For
- A technical background with an MSc or equivalent and 3–7 years in technical sales, ideally in optics or photonics
- Proven experience working directly in the Nordics market
- Strong understanding of customer needs in high-tech applications and the ability to propose tailored solutions
- Fluency in English and at least one local Nordic or Baltic language
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with SAP or Hubspot is a plus
