Drive Sales Growth in the Southeastern U.S.
As a Sales Account Executive for the East region, you’ll lead full-cycle sales initiatives targeting employers headquartered in Florida, Georgia, and across the Southeast with 250 to 5,000 employees. Your primary focus will be building trusted relationships with both brokers and employer decision-makers to grow recurring revenue through a healthcare affordability platform.
You’ll manage a defined territory, identify high-potential prospects, and develop a consistent pipeline by engaging directly with brokers or employers. With 4–6 years of proven sales experience, you’ll apply solution-selling techniques to navigate complex buying processes, determine key stakeholders, and close deals efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring consistent progress toward quarterly revenue goals
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan in collaboration with leadership to maximize market penetration
- Strengthen client engagement through regular outreach, virtual and in-person meetings, and educational events like Lunch and Learns
- Represent the company at industry events to generate awareness and build relationships
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, revenue operations, and partnership teams to align on opportunities and optimize sales tools
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot, ensuring pipeline integrity and visibility
- Attend weekly one-on-ones with leadership to review performance, address obstacles, and request support
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM platforms (especially HubSpot), and standard sales tools
- Self-motivated with a builder’s mindset, eager to grow within a mission-driven organization
- Hybrid work model with preference for candidates based in the Southeastern U.S.
