Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is looking for a Specialist for Gastronomy Development to drive the growth of the HoReCa segment in Poznań. You will be responsible for expanding our presence, forging lasting partnerships, and providing expert advice to clients to help their businesses thrive.
What You'll Do
- Actively develop sales in the HoReCa channel within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
- Acquire new partners and develop cooperation with existing ones.
- Negotiate commercial terms and achieve sales targets.
- Provide business advice, supporting clients in developing their venues.
- Monitor the market and respond to competitor activities.
