About the Role

Role Overview

As an Aftermarket Regional Account Manager, you will lead sales initiatives within a designated territory, focusing on maximizing revenue from existing industrial gas equipment installations. Your primary responsibility is to grow aftermarket services by deepening customer relationships, identifying unmet needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales efforts in your region to consistently meet or surpass revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain a well-qualified pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Build trust with clients by understanding their operational challenges and service requirements
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, quotes, and technical requests
  • Design and execute regional sales strategies to expand service adoption and customer retention
  • Collaborate with technical teams, service workshops, and support functions to ensure seamless delivery
  • Demonstrate product and service value through clear, client-focused presentations
  • Lead contract negotiations, from proposal to close, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, forecast accurately, and report on sales performance
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, client sites, and industry events
  • Stay current on product developments, market trends, and competitive landscape through ongoing training
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and operations to enhance client experience

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must hold at least an associate degree and demonstrate strong English proficiency. A minimum of five years in sales, account management, or business development—specifically within cryogenic systems, industrial pumps, or rotating equipment—is required. Proven success in exceeding sales goals and expanding service portfolios is essential.

Core competencies include strategic territory planning, customer needs analysis, and end-to-end sales execution. Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is expected. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under deadlines.

A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or Spanish language proficiency are valued assets but not mandatory.

Work Environment

This hybrid role allows remote work with regular travel to client facilities, industrial sites, and service locations. You will engage directly with operations teams and technical stakeholders, requiring adaptability and a commitment to safety protocols.
