Field Service Representative - Industrial Water Treatment
Role Overview
In this position, you’ll deliver technical service and support for industrial water treatment systems within a chemical solutions and monitoring team. Working primarily at customer sites in refinery settings, you’ll install, maintain, and optimize equipment while building trusted relationships with client teams. You’ll operate both independently and in coordination with internal groups to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain chemical feed systems, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation at industrial facilities
- Act as a technical advisor, offering solutions, training, and recommendations to customer personnel
- Conduct water quality testing, calibrate monitoring devices, program control systems, and perform preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve equipment or system issues using both on-site visits and remote diagnostic tools
- Keep accurate service records, manage on-site inventory, and adhere strictly to safety standards
- Support multiple customer locations within your designated area, collaborating with sales and technical teams to ensure service excellence
Technical Environment
You’ll work with chemical dosing equipment, fluid handling systems, digital controllers, and process instrumentation, using remote monitoring platforms to support troubleshooting and optimization.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role requiring regular travel to industrial customer sites, primarily within a refinery context. Work is performed in the field with a focus on safety, precision, and technical reliability.
