Join a team dedicated to advancing sustainable water treatment solutions as a Field Service Representative. In this role, you’ll work directly at industrial customer sites throughout the greater Richmond, VA area, providing essential technical support and service for critical chemical feed systems.
What You’ll Do
- Install, commission, and maintain chemical dosing equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems on-site
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using both remote monitoring tools and hands-on field interventions
- Perform routine water quality testing, calibrate sensors, and program control systems to ensure optimal performance
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, offering guidance and training to customer personnel
- Keep accurate service records, manage equipment inventory, and follow strict safety procedures on every job
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to deliver seamless service across multiple accounts
Technology You’ll Work With
You’ll engage with chemical feed systems, precision pumps, digital controllers, monitoring instrumentation, and remote diagnostic platforms to maintain system reliability and efficiency.
Work Environment
This is a local, field-based position requiring regular travel within the Richmond area. You’ll operate independently while staying connected to a broader support network, ensuring consistent service delivery across diverse industrial settings.
