Covering the South Texas region, this position focuses on diagnosing issues, providing on-site support, and delivering hands-on training for diesel, electric, gas, and manual lifting systems. Residency in South Texas—ideally near Houston—is required, with up to 70% travel throughout the territory using a provided fleet vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AWP products, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
- Deliver product training to customers, emphasizing safe operation and maintenance best practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams on product feedback, contributing to design and serviceability improvements
- Support safety initiatives by assisting with product safety reviews and compliance guidance
- Ensure customers follow proper operating procedures and manufacturer recommendations
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in field service, technical support, or a related role involving construction or industrial equipment. Candidates must possess strong communication abilities, solid computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Familiarity with construction machinery and AWP systems is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
