4026 Sabre Travel Technologies is looking for a Lead Delivery Engineer. You will provide technical customer support and training for our Airline Network Planning and Scheduling solutions, maintaining direct customer contact pre-sale and post-sale to ensure delivery objectives and client expectations are met.
What You'll Do
- Maintain direct contact with customers pre-sale and post-sales.
- Support the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Ensure delivery objectives and client expectations are met in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Work with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals and understand equipment failures.
- Conduct technical training courses for customers and/or employees on multiple complex Airline Network Planning and Scheduling products.
- Interact with customer and functional organizations to develop course specifications.
- Provide post-sale technical support services, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance.
- Travel up to 50% to deliver, train, and implement solutions at customer sites.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of Airline experience with a focus on Network Planning and/or Scheduling.
- Prior experience with Network Planning and/or Scheduling solutions.
- A minimum University Undergraduate degree.
- A Travel Industry background is required.
- Proficient English oral and written communication skills.
- You must be organized, able to multi-task and work in all areas as needed.
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
