Inspire Direct Marketing is hiring a Call Centre Agent -- Work from Home

About the Role

Work remotely as a full-time call centre agent dedicated to advancing the missions of leading Canadian charitable organizations. This role centers on meaningful conversations with existing supporters, expressing gratitude, renewing event involvement, and inviting individuals to commit to monthly donations. You'll also help connect children with sponsors, contributing directly to impactful global causes.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with donors in a genuine, low-pressure way to strengthen their connection to charitable work
  • Support fundraising efforts by renewing event participants and welcoming new contributors
  • Encourage sustainable giving by inviting donors to become monthly supporters
  • Help identify new child sponsorship opportunities through empathetic outreach
  • Collaborate with a motivated team focused on results and positive donor experiences
  • Bring creativity into each interaction to make every call memorable and uplifting

What You’ll Need

  • At least two years of experience in customer service or a call centre environment
  • Full-time availability: Monday to Thursday (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST), Friday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST), and occasional Saturday shifts (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
  • A reliable, high-speed cabled internet connection (minimum 25 mbps down / 5 mbps up)
  • A newer Windows PC or laptop (Apple/Mac not supported), USB headset, and webcam
  • A quiet, professional home office space conducive to consistent performance
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting with people
  • Self-motivation and technical independence to manage remote responsibilities effectively
