Duke Corporate Education is looking for a L&D Program Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of leadership development programs for our global clients.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end program execution, including project plans, budgets, invoicing, contracting, and material planning.
- Drive critical delivery elements and manage post-program evaluation and debriefing.
- Coordinate design meetings and logistics, offer design ideas, and manage communications.
- Handle hotel and conference logistics, on-site materials, and classroom setup for in-person programs.
- Manage virtual delivery logistics, liaise on graphic design, and provide content and module support.
- Coordinate event details, communications, and attendance tracking for virtual programs.
- Build and maintain client relationships, understand client business needs, and identify program risks and opportunities.
- Manage program budgets, contracts, materials, and expenses, ensuring billing accuracy.
- Review program evaluations, prepare summary reports, and contribute to debrief meetings for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on special design assignments and help develop new program elements.
- Maintain and update all program delivery documentation.
- Identify opportunities during program delivery to contribute to internal business development and share best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing end-to-end program logistics, budgets, and client relationships.
- Experience coordinating both in-person and virtual program delivery.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and client partnership skills.
- Ability to analyze program evaluations and contribute to improvement processes.
