About the Role

Duke Corporate Education is looking for a L&D Program Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of leadership development programs for our global clients.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end program execution, including project plans, budgets, invoicing, contracting, and material planning.
  • Drive critical delivery elements and manage post-program evaluation and debriefing.
  • Coordinate design meetings and logistics, offer design ideas, and manage communications.
  • Handle hotel and conference logistics, on-site materials, and classroom setup for in-person programs.
  • Manage virtual delivery logistics, liaise on graphic design, and provide content and module support.
  • Coordinate event details, communications, and attendance tracking for virtual programs.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, understand client business needs, and identify program risks and opportunities.
  • Manage program budgets, contracts, materials, and expenses, ensuring billing accuracy.
  • Review program evaluations, prepare summary reports, and contribute to debrief meetings for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on special design assignments and help develop new program elements.
  • Maintain and update all program delivery documentation.
  • Identify opportunities during program delivery to contribute to internal business development and share best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end program logistics, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Experience coordinating both in-person and virtual program delivery.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and client partnership skills.
  • Ability to analyze program evaluations and contribute to improvement processes.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position.
