Elevate and Delegate is hiring a Client Success Manager to own project flow, drive client outcomes, and oversee the successful onboarding process for our web design and SEO agency. You will be responsible for the daily oversight in ClickUp, professional client communication, and coordination with internal teams to deliver results for local service businesses.
What You'll Do
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Own the full client onboarding process from intake to launch, completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Delegate or complete, monitor, and ensure the completion of asset creation internally and externally.
- Oversee the creation of Client Projects in ClickUp and ensure all client campaign structures are filled out.
- Provide daily oversight inside ClickUp to ensure nothing slips and projects are pushed forward.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients via email and Slack.
- Coordinate with internal team (designers, ads, SEO) to keep projects on track and accountable for deadlines.
- Compile, monitor, and report on client results and campaign data to senior team members weekly.
- Create and post SOPs for new and existing processes and for employee training.
- Spearhead internal structures to improve efficiency, track better data, and decrease client TTL.
- Ensure all GBPs are posted weekly, reporting is sent monthly, and client emails are responded to within 24 hours.
- Be a source of information and solutions for all team members, specifically the Fulfillment Specialists.
- Oversee your team's progress, results, training, and overall success in their roles.
- Train and support other team members, create training materials for new hires, and prepare material to grow the team.
- Fill out your EOD report every day.
- Always look for ways to improve your processes and find new ways to drive better team functionality.

- Able to juggle multiple tasks at once and prioritize them correctly and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and does not let important details slip.
- Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work hard, sometimes putting in long hours.
- Expects personal and team performance to be nothing short of world-class with intolerance for laziness and shortcuts.
- Familiar with client-facing tools: ClickUp, Slack, Figma (view-only), Google Drive.
- Industry-aware; understands the mindset of local contractors and what they value.
Nice to Have
- Experience in an agency environment.
- Worked with Meta Ads, GBP, LSA, or service-based SEO.
- Led onboarding before or helped build SOPs/processes.
- Light technical knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Business Profiles.

This role is part of a lean team. You will report directly to the CEO, coordinate with the internal team (designers, ads, SEO), and oversee Fulfillment Specialists.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $3,000 USD per month.
- You will directly work with clients, communicate with them, and address client-related matters independently.
- All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client.
- Vacation leaves and holidays are at the discretion of the client, aligning with their business needs.
