Hunt St is looking for a reliable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the co-founder and ensure smooth internal operations. This is a behind-the-scenes role focused on organization, communication, and administrative efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating meetings
- Coordinate Zoom links and ensure meetings are properly set up and communicated
- Manage the co-founder’s inboxes (email and WhatsApp), ensuring messages are organized, prioritized, and handled appropriately
- Draft, respond to, and organize professional written communications
- Act as the main point of contact between the Director, internal team members, and external parties
- Filter requests and act as an internal gatekeeper to protect the co-founder’s time and focus
- Support internal communications and ensure information flows clearly across the team
- Support ongoing company projects and help ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with documentation, presentation preparation, note-taking, and organization of company records
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that help keep the team aligned, efficient, and productive
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a remote setting
- A mid-level Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior leaders
- Strong initiative and the ability to work proactively
- Solution-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to identify and fix problems early
- Organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working behind the scenes
Team & Environment
You will support the co-founder directly and report to them.
Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly compensation: $1500 AUD - $1900 AUD

This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, operating in a global context.
