Hire Overseas is seeking a Growth & Email Outreach Manager to drive authority, visibility, and demand through strategic outreach. In this role, you will combine SEO link building with thoughtful email outreach, partnerships, and content-led campaigns, owning outreach-driven growth initiatives and working closely with SEO, content, and growth leaders on long-term strategy.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute link-building strategies aligned with SEO and growth goals.
- Identify high-quality websites, publications, and partners for backlink acquisition.
- Run personalized outreach campaigns that earn editorial and contextual links.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with editors, site owners, and contributors.
- Design and run outbound email outreach campaigns for partnerships, placements, and collaborations.
- Test subject lines, messaging frameworks, and follow-up sequences.
- Maintain clean prospecting lists and manage outreach workflows end to end.
- Balance personalization with scale across multiple campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and editorial teams to identify linkable and promotable assets.
- Pitch content ideas, resources, and data-driven pieces to relevant publishers.
- Support content amplification efforts tied to launches or growth initiatives.
- Track outreach performance including response rates, links earned, and placement quality.
- Monitor backlink profiles, anchor distribution, and domain relevance.
- Report on outcomes and iterate based on performance data.
- Test new outreach tools, prospecting methods, and growth channels.
- Document workflows and build repeatable outreach systems.
- Stay current on search engine guidelines and ethical outreach best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in SEO link building, email outreach, or growth marketing.
- Proven ability to earn high-quality backlinks through relationship-driven outreach.
- Strong written communication skills with a clear, persuasive outreach style.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
- Organized, persistent, and comfortable managing multiple outreach campaigns.
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital PR, partnerships, or affiliate outreach.
- Familiarity with creative, design, or tech-focused audiences.
- Comfort collaborating with content teams on linkable asset development.
- Experience using AI tools to support research, prospecting, or outreach personalization.
