The LATAM Retention Specialist will play a key role in shaping customer engagement across Latin America by supporting the development and rollout of targeted retention campaigns. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure promotional offers are timely, regionally relevant, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of retention and promotional campaigns for both new and existing users in LATAM
- Track and analyze performance indicators such as retention rates, reactivation success, and ROI
- Produce regular reports to assess engagement trends and recommend optimizations
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to refine retention tools and improve data accuracy
- Ensure regional promotions are delivered on schedule and remain competitive in local markets
- Coordinate with external partners to support campaign implementation and follow-up activities
- Contribute operational insights to enhance personalization and automation efforts
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in customer retention, CRM, or lifecycle management. Strong analytical abilities and fluency in English are essential. Experience in the iGaming or online casino sector is highly valued. Familiarity with marketing automation and retention platforms is an advantage.
Work Environment
This is a remote-first position with team members distributed globally. Core collaboration hours are between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. local time, allowing flexibility outside this window.
