The Role As a Network Security Administrator, you'll be our go-to technical wizard with key responsibilities: 1. Monitoring network and security devices across different OEMs (firewalls, IPS, Antibots) 2. Deep understanding of security technology and compliance 3. Troubleshooting medium-complexity incidents with surgical precision 4. Configuring firewalls and other security devices 5. In our Network Services team, you'll be the expert who crafts top-tier technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle. You'll create local and wide-area network solutions using multiple platforms and protocols, ensuring our customers have rock-solid network infrastructure. Your expertise in routers, networking controllers, bridges, and networking software will be crucial as you troubleshoot network challenges and coordinate with vendors for hardware and software installations. Beyond keeping networks humming, you'll drive project implementation, conduct cost analysis, and build proof-of-concept solutions. You'll review project requirements, communicate them precisely to the team, and guarantee their successful execution. Designing IP and VOIP solutions that meet customer needs is your playground, and delivering high-quality technical solutions is your art form. Who You Are Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree Experience: 5+ years in Network and Security Certifications: CCNA-Security/CCNP-Security/CCNP-Data Centre/CCSE/JNCIA-Security/JNCIP-DC/JNCIP-Security or equivalent industry-leading OEM professional certifications You're not just technically skilled — you've got a growth mindset, prioritize customer success, and naturally collaborate across boundaries. We're looking for someone who can: Required Technical and Professional Expertise • 6+ years of network support, configuration, and implementation experience • 6+ years in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls • Networking and security architecture support across local, regional, and global domains • Execute multiple IT projects independently with minimal supervision Preferred Technical and Professional Experience • Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) deployment • Software Defined Network (SDN) and complex network design • Proficiency in protocols like BGP, OSPF, MP-BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, VPC Being You Diversity isn't just about appearances — it's about how we think and who we are.
