Hotstuff Labs is hiring a KOL Business Development Manager to expand and deepen our global Key Opinion Leader network. Your core mission is to drive trading volume growth and activate communities worldwide by developing strategic partnerships and executing high-impact campaigns.

What You'll Do

Leverage an existing KOL network to expand global reach and strengthen high-value partnerships.
Develop and execute business development strategies to identify, approach, and secure profitable collaborations.
Negotiate, close, and manage contracts that deliver measurable outcomes.
Activate and optimize current KOL relationships to drive trading volume growth.
Design, manage, and support KOL campaigns that engage communities and increase platform activity.
Track trends across Web3, DeFi, and trading communities to uncover fresh opportunities.
Translate market insights into strategies for impactful partnerships.
Nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with KOLs.
Support ongoing collaborations to maximize outcomes and ensure brand alignment.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
Established KOL network with experience leveraging it to deliver measurable results.
Prior experience working with existing KOL ecosystems and scaling them further.
Experience in channel development, market expansion, or community growth.
Proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

Strong understanding of crypto markets and ecosystems.
Fluency in one or more of the following: Russian, Korean, Chinese.
