Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is looking for a Key Accounts Manager. You will lead the design and implementation of account strategies for a defined group of key customers in U.S. Travel Retail. Your focus will be on protecting and growing long-term business, driving operational excellence to meet profit targets, and translating business goals into executable plans.
What You'll Do
- Implement key account operational plans, including account prioritization, P&L modeling, and growth lever sizing to meet business profit targets.
- Develop medium to long-range sales plans with strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with assigned customers.
- Lead regular business reviews using scorecards and KPIs; identify corrective actions and optimize execution.
- Manage day-to-day customer interactions to identify selling and repeat business opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Translate business strategy into customer-specific plans that drive profitable growth.
- Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities, and market trends to influence organizational decision-making.
- Support development of value propositions and programs that strengthen the company’s commercial footprint.
- Drive implementation of significant process, system, or product improvements that enhance performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless plan execution.
- Promote and reinforce best practices within and outside the function, anticipating communication needs and ensuring alignment.
- Use customer insights, retention data, and market analytics to inform strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to anticipate issues, propose solutions, and implement end-to-end improvements.
- Monitor customer performance KPIs and recommend actions that improve ROI and long-term profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior experience in B2B account management, commercial planning, or related fields.
- Expertise in account management, including customer retention, negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of market trends and business opportunity analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive operational improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to interpret complex data and craft fact-based recommendations.
- Ability to think ahead, anticipate stakeholder needs, and communicate effectively across the organization.
- Proficiency with CRM and analytical tools; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future.

Compensation range: $120,000 - $150,000.
