6248 Magnum ICC Spain, S.L. seeks a Key Account Regional Norte to take end-to-end responsibility for managing our Top Regional Accounts (Gadisa, Froiz, Alimerka, Semark) in the Ice Cream category. You will develop strategic business plans, negotiate annual agreements, and serve as a key ambassador with the customer.
What You'll Do
- Develop the strategic business plan in all mentioned accounts.
- Optimize collaboration and communication with all internal and client stakeholders to generate the best business plan.
- Optimize administrative and logistical efficiencies impacting resources and investments.
- Develop an optimal integrated promotion plan and manage promotion investments.
- Manage Customer P&L.
- Deliver the agreed plan and monitor the success of established counterparts.
- Negotiate the Annual Agreement with customers according to main KPIs, initiatives, and category needs.
- Close deals through negotiation of commercial terms, financing, and strategic alignment.
- Oversee customer investments in the category.
- Monitor customer performance by tracking customer contribution and market share.
- Work with CD Finance to define the best negotiation strategies.
- Work with the MKG team to ensure main initiatives of the Strategic Plan are included in the Annual Agreement negotiation.
- Act as a highly active ambassador with the customer.
- Develop a strong team spirit with other coordinators and account managers.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business Administration or a master’s or related training.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Competency with Windows and MS Office, with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
