ORIOR is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to join our Biotta team. You will focus on growing our Retail and Export channels for organic vegetable and fruit juices. This is a hands-on role in a traditional, future-oriented Swiss SME where you will have significant responsibility and room to maneuver.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and develop customer relationships with a focus on Retail and Export.
- Identify and exploit growth potential with existing customers and actively acquire new clients.
- Conduct ongoing market observation and analysis to derive targeted sales promotion measures.
- Prepare and conduct annual meetings and price negotiations.
- Plan and manage budgets and revenue targets at the customer level.
- Plan and implement customer events such as trade fairs, tastings, and promotions.
- Handle customer-related administrative tasks.
- Create customer analyses and evaluations, including consistent CRM maintenance.
- Ensure achievement of targets for revenue and profitability.
- Travel approximately 30–40% of the time.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in sales or product management within the FMCG or food industry, ideally in Retail.
- Convincing, authentic demeanor with strong negotiation skills and assertiveness.
- Distinct sales personality with a passion for relationship building.
- High affinity for numbers and very good MS-Office skills.
- Stylish written and spoken German and fluent, negotiation-level English.
Nice to Have
- French language skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Affinity for social media and enjoyment in creatively telling the story of our sales successes.
