RandomCoffee was looking for a Key Account Manager (Remote) - International (US Focus)

RandomCoffee is hiring a Key Account Manager to drive growth in international markets, with a specific focus on the United States. This remote role is central to expanding our global footprint and managing our most significant client partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key US-based clients
  • Build and nurture deep, long-term relationships with international stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions for your portfolio
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success and satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing key accounts in an international context
  • Strong track record of account growth and revenue retention
  • Deep understanding of the US market and business culture
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, global environment
