Shape the future of rare disease care in a field-based commercial role covering Berlin, Salzwedel, Magdeburg, Leipzig, Dresden, and Frankfurt (Oder). You will design and execute territory strategies that accelerate patient identification and improve access to treatment, working directly with physicians, clinics, and care networks.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement account-specific plans to expand market reach and support early diagnosis and treatment initiation
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers in neuromuscular and rare disease care settings
- Collaborate with medical, marketing, and access teams to align initiatives with patient journey needs
- Organize and lead regional educational events, peer discussions, and network-building activities
- Analyze market dynamics and sales potential to prioritize high-impact accounts and activities
- Deliver training on product and treatment protocols using approved materials through in-person or virtual channels
- Adapt communication approaches to meet diverse stakeholder needs and advance shared goals
- Plan and manage your own travel and call schedule to ensure consistent engagement across the territory
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in life sciences, economics, or certification as a pharmaceutical representative per §75 AMG
- Minimum of four years in commercial roles within biotech, pharma, or hospital settings
- Proven experience working within cross-functional teams focused on patient-centered outcomes
- Strong understanding of rare disease landscapes is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays
- Fluency in English with a commitment to further developing professional communication skills
