About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive account strategies aligned with 3M’s business objectives to drive sustainable revenue growth. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for key channel partners, managing pricing, marketing, and territory development.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Key Account strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a Key Account channel partner, developing annual joint business plans and conducting quarterly business reviews.
  • Negotiate pricing, rebates, MDF/co-op funds, and incentive programs ensuring ROI and compliance.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, promotions, and events, and enable partner sales teams via training and toolkits.
  • Expand channel rep mindshare coverage by identifying and onboarding high-potential partners and create segment-specific plays to win.
  • Analyze POS/sell-through, category trends, and competitive moves to provide actionable insights for portfolio and GTM improvements.
  • Establish key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate key account performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
  • Seven (7) years of experience in sales, channel management, distribution strategy, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong understanding of various distribution models and channel dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience negotiating and managing complex contracts (pricing, rebates).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment; resilient, self-directed, and execution-focused.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates located in Minnesota (MN) or Georgia (GA).
