ADASYS GmbH is hiring a Key Account Manager for cash register systems, screens, SCO solutions, and peripherals. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new key accounts and managing existing relationships while handling inquiries and tenders independently.
What You'll Do
- Strengthen the sales team
- Acquire new key accounts and maintain existing customer relationships
- Independently handle inquiries and tenders
- Conduct negotiations through to closing, with clear responsibility for revenue and results
- Work closely with technical project management and the operations team
- Create account plans and actively use and maintain the CRM system to build a project pipeline
- Independently create customer-specific presentations
- Conduct continuous market observation and analysis
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree
- Several years of sales experience in the IT capital goods sector
- A strong network in retail/wholesale, preferably in the non-food sector
- A strong and resilient personality with high social competence
- Conceptual and organizational strengths
- High motivation and communication skills
- Negotiation-proficient English
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Enjoy working in a team
