Axis Communications is hiring a Key Account Manager - End Customer

About the Role

At Axis Communications, we are looking for a Key Account Manager - End Customer to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will drive sales and develop strategic business plans for large, selected end customer companies.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales for selected end customer companies.
  • Develop and implement business plans for existing and new large end customers.
  • Continuously evaluate annual defined targets and close projects inside the accounts list.
  • Work together with all Axis departments to manage a 360-degree customer relation.
  • Be responsible for the sales target, sales KPIs, and development of assigned accounts.
  • Develop business plans and map assigned accounts within their complexity.
  • Manage accounts strategically to deepen the Axis relationship across product and solution lines over an extended time horizon.
  • Identify and influence major stakeholders and ecosystem partners and coordinate activities within different company functions.
  • Actively participate in selected associations, tradeshows, market events, and congresses to create brand awareness and detect new opportunities.
  • Update, maintain, and share all major information within accounts through Salesforce.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years in the role of Sales in the region, National/Key Accounts for Large end customers.
  • Experience with indirect B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the oil and gas sector.
  • Used to complex sales management in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong account management and team-building skills.
  • Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Strong communication (verbal, listening, written), presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Well-structured in forecasting and delivering results.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge in network infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market.

You will join a collaborative and transversal organization, working closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers, and Post-sales Support.
