About the Role

Axis is hiring a Key Account Manager - End Customer for the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). You will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategic business plans for existing and new large end customers, managing the full customer relationship.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales to develop and implement business plans for existing and new large end customers.
  • Continuously evaluate annual defined targets and close projects.
  • Work with all Axis departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers, Post-sales Support) to manage a 360º customer relation.
  • Develop business plans and map the assigned accounts within their complexity.
  • Manage strategic accounts to deepen the Axis relationship across product lines over time.
  • Identify and influence major stakeholders and eco-system partners.
  • Represent Axis at trade shows and industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads.
  • Maintain up-to-date account information and sales reports in Salesforce.
  • Promote company culture and act as a brand ambassador.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in Sales or Business Development.
  • End Customer experience.
  • Account planning & mapping experience (business plans).
  • Results oriented and self-driven.
  • High knowledge and interest in the business and sales environment.
  • Strategic and able to influence others.
  • Can communicate well and initiate new discussions and relationships.
  • Structured and able to explain complex matters simply.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize.
  • Fluent in German & English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Preferably within IT or security industry.
