Glow25 (by Primal State Performance GmbH) is seeking a Key Account Manager BeNeLux - Fokus Niederlande (all genders) to drive international B2B growth. As part of a dynamic, fast-growing Beauty & Pro Aging company, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in key retail channels across the region.
What You'll Do
- Build and expand international B2B business in the Netherlands and the BeNeLux region, focusing on drugstores, grocery retail, and relevant platforms.
- Strategically develop international key accounts, manage collaboration, and support existing partnerships.
- Prepare pitches, assortment proposals, and promotion plans, and conduct annual review meetings independently.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and E-Commerce.
- Analyze market and competitor developments, identify new opportunities, and recognize potential partners.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer meetings, including on-site.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in international Key Account Management.
- Deep understanding of the Dutch retail landscape, particularly regarding drugstores and/or grocery retail.
- Confident communication in German and English.
- Proactive, structured work approach with a pronounced 'hands-on' mentality.
- Proficient use of tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and CRM systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Health, or Nutrition sectors.
- Dutch language skills.
