Culligan Quench is hiring a Key Account Executive to manage and expand our most important client relationships. You will develop strategic account plans to drive growth and ensure the success and satisfaction of our key partners within our commercial water solutions business.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key client portfolios
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor account health, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet client needs
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a key account management or strategic sales role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow complex B2B client relationships
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into business solutions
