Hireframe is hiring a Junior Solutions Engineer

We're seeking a Founding Solutions Engineer to become the core driving force behind our customer's product and onboarding expedition. Collaborating intimately with Product, Go-To-Market, and Engineering teams, you'll help construct and expand our customer onboarding strategy, experiencing the excitement of groundbreaking development with resources to rapidly evolve into a category-defining organization. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing worldwide strategies for our most critical external partnerships and establishing an exceptional implementation infrastructure. What you'll do - Navigate the customer implementation journey from contract signing to operational launch - Convert intricate customer pricing structures into precise data frameworks - Provide expert consultation and assistance to customers on accelerating onboarding and maximizing platform utilization - Serve as a credible product feedback conduit for our product and engineering teams as the frontline customer interaction specialist - Develop the comprehensive playbook and expand our onboarding and product specialist team alongside executive leadership Requirements - 2+ years experience in technical or analytical roles like implementation management, solutions engineering, product or data analysis within high-growth environments - Technical foundation - STEM degree and/or experience with sophisticated products/teams, or demonstrable technical side initiatives - Motivated by proactively addressing challenges and rapidly delivering customer value - Exceptional communication capabilities and meticulous attention to detail - Adept at engaging and cultivating relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups Benefits Hireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members across the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
