We’re looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter who speaks German at a native level to support our talent acquisition efforts in Athens. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying and engaging skilled professionals, guiding them through the hiring journey from first contact to onboarding.
What You’ll Do
- Have meaningful conversations with candidates to learn about their aspirations and professional goals
- Source and attract qualified individuals for a range of positions
- Manage each stage of the recruitment process efficiently and with care
- Work closely with team members to meet hiring objectives
- Keep candidate data up to date and well-organized in our systems
- Act as a professional representative of the organization during all interactions
What We’re Looking For
You bring strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people. Fluency in German is essential, and experience in recruitment or HR—whether through studies or prior roles—is a plus. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or international work settings can give you an edge.
