Role Overview
As Campus Manager, you will lead the end-to-end operations of a campus within a commercial property portfolio based in Dublin, Ireland. Your responsibilities will center on operational excellence, financial oversight, and team leadership, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in alignment with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage campus operations within established financial parameters, overseeing both planned and emergency maintenance activities
- Utilize the Yardi Property Management System to review completed contractor work and authorize invoice payments
- Engage contractors through the purchase order system, managing procurement and service delivery
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop annual budgets and conduct periodic financial reviews
- Maintain regular communication with tenants regarding day-to-day operations and service updates
- Lead the negotiation and execution of service contracts, ensuring value and performance
- Produce detailed property condition reports for stakeholders and leadership teams
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance schedules and maintain accurate asset records
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and insurance requirements, including coordination with brokers
- Conduct routine site inspections and document findings thoroughly
- Drive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs, including data entry into designated ESG platforms
- Lead weekly team meetings and provide ongoing training to Building Managers in core operational processes
- Supervise on-site staff in purchase order preparation, invoice approval, budget analysis, and contractor coordination
- Monitor training progress and support team development to strengthen operational capability
Qualifications and Skills
- Formal qualification in Property or Facility Management is required
- Proven experience in Facilities Management, particularly within commercial environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in IT systems, including property management software and digital reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
- Minimum of three years of experience in commercial property management
Technology Environment
You will work with the Yardi Property Management System, a dedicated purchase order platform, and an ESG data reporting solution to manage operations and compliance.
Work Environment
This is an on-site role based in Dublin, Ireland, requiring regular presence across the campus to support operations, conduct inspections, and lead the on-site team.
