DEKRA is hiring a Junior Project Manager to support our machinery safety and compliance services within a global testing and certification organization. You will assist senior experts in ensuring machinery equipment meets safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Assist with comprehensive safety audits and inspections of new and existing machinery equipment.
- Test and validate the functionality of safety control circuits and protective devices.
- Prepare necessary documentation and technical files to assist with regulatory compliance.
- Provide training support for clients on protocols, equipment operations, and preventive action plans.
- Work closely with other project managers and overseas stakeholders throughout all project phases.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, safety engineering, automation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in business English for both verbal and written communication.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to develop effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes domestically and internationally (10%~30% annually).
- Able to implement DEKRA norms and values.
- Local-oriented entrepreneurial mindset.
- People management skills, able to create commitment.
- Demonstrated integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, and responsibility for safety.
Nice to Have
- Strong technical knowledge in CAD/CAM, FEA/CFD, Risk Assessment, and Robotics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects to successful completion.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a related field.
