Kyndryl is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join its European Legal team. In this role, you will provide support to Kyndryl’s business teams across Europe, with a primary focus on the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You will work on a wide range of commercial agreements and corporate matters, collaborating closely with legal colleagues across the continent.
What You'll Do
- Support Kyndryl’s business team in Europe, with a focus on the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Work with the broader Legal team to maintain business operations, possibly including in areas of corporate law.
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of commercial agreements, such as outsourcing and infrastructure services contracts.
What We're Looking For
- Lawyer with experience and interest in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Ability to show integrity under pressure and balance the requirements of different internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solver with an ability to find creative legal solutions to complex issues.
- Team player with a hands-on and can-do mentality.
- Agile with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
- Law Degree from a Dutch or Belgian university.
- 1-3 years of professional experience as a lawyer or in contract management and/or negotiations, preferably from a well-renowned law firm or from an in-house counsel role.
- Strong communication skills and working proficiency (verbal/written) in Dutch and English are necessary.
- Regular travel may be required on business demand.

- Additional relevant legal qualifications (LL.M etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of other European languages.
- Autonomous, flexible, curious and takes initiative.
- Doesn’t shy away from discussions and negotiations with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Loves to operate in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
- Can prioritize and easily shift between different tasks and communication styles.
- Wants to invest in building a relationship with your legal colleagues and internal clients (locally and globally) and will keep everybody informed and involved.
