Kyndryl is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join its European Legal team. In this role, you will provide support to Kyndryl’s business teams across Europe, with a primary focus on the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You will work on a wide range of commercial agreements and corporate matters, collaborating closely with legal colleagues across the continent.

What You'll Do

Support Kyndryl’s business team in Europe, with a focus on the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Work with the broader Legal team to maintain business operations, possibly including in areas of corporate law.
Draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of commercial agreements, such as outsourcing and infrastructure services contracts.

What We're Looking For

Lawyer with experience and interest in contract drafting and negotiation.
Ability to show integrity under pressure and balance the requirements of different internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-solver with an ability to find creative legal solutions to complex issues.
Team player with a hands-on and can-do mentality.
Agile with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
Law Degree from a Dutch or Belgian university.
1-3 years of professional experience as a lawyer or in contract management and/or negotiations, preferably from a well-renowned law firm or from an in-house counsel role.
Strong communication skills and working proficiency (verbal/written) in Dutch and English are necessary.
Regular travel may be required on business demand.

Nice to Have

Additional relevant legal qualifications (LL.M etc.).
Advanced knowledge of other European languages.
Autonomous, flexible, curious and takes initiative.
Doesn’t shy away from discussions and negotiations with different internal and external stakeholders.
Loves to operate in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
Can prioritize and easily shift between different tasks and communication styles.
Wants to invest in building a relationship with your legal colleagues and internal clients (locally and globally) and will keep everybody informed and involved.
