CareHarmony is seeking candidates for the 2026 Corporate Summer Internship Program in Internal Audit. This 10-week internship provides professional development and hands-on experience within a corporate banking environment. Interns will participate in departmental projects and initiatives, gaining valuable skills and exposure to industry leaders.
What You'll Do
- Complete duties and responsibilities of an entry-level professional nature specific to the assigned area of the Bank.
- Ensure activities adhere to established internal policies and external regulations.
- Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
- Design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis.
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points and regulatory issues.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Work Visa Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
