Solenis is hiring a Support Engineer Lawton OK

Solenis, a 2024 US Best Managed Company, is seeking a Support Engineer in Lawton, OK to ensure the effective, economical, and safe utilization of chemicals and equipment. You will be a key partner in developing and executing chemical treatment programs while proactively addressing customer site issues.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with sales management to develop and execute chemical programs.
• Communicate regularly with sales management regarding account activities.
• Perform weekly reporting and inventory management.
• Conduct necessary testing at accounts to verify the safety and efficacy of treatment programs.
• Proactively engage and address concerns at customer sites, working with sales and customer teams to devise corrective strategies.
• Analyze data to evaluate program performance and support decision-making for ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with and support process owners in a factory environment to drive continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Documented results making process improvements and solving complex, non-routine technical problems.
• Project management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both written and oral, with multiple organizational levels.
• Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them effectively.
• Ability to work with autonomy.
• A valid Driver’s License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

• A B.S. in Science or Engineering.
• 1-3 years of industry experience, preferably in pulp & paper or water treatment.

Technical Stack

• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Team & Environment

You will collaborate directly with sales management and customer teams to deliver results and support account operations.
