About the Role

DXC Technology is hiring a Claims Analyst to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will handle death claim transactions for life insurance policies, ensuring precision and timeliness while delivering exceptional service. You will also proactively identify opportunities to enhance our processes.

What You'll Do

  • Process death claim transactions by corresponding with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments.
  • Learn new payment processes and other workflows within death claims as required.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within Genworth Financial guidelines.
  • Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical activity.
  • Provide an elite customer service experience via letters and phone calls.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • A completed High School Diploma.
  • 2+ years of life insurance death claims business experience.
  • Direct death claims processing experience.
  • Working knowledge of life insurance products, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
  • Excellent typing and documentation skills.
  • A demonstrated sense of empathy, sensibility, and high touch.
  • Inbound and outbound customer service experience, with strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • A great ability to multitask between client applications and DXC systems.

Nice to Have

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
